Desportek provides digital graphic and UI/UX design services. Final files are delivered online. No physical product is shipped.

Shipping and Refund Policy
This policy explains how Desportek delivers digital design services, ships physical products, and handles returns and refunds.
Design services: digital delivery
Most Desportek services are delivered digitally.
Digital deliverables are sent electronically within the turnaround stated on each service page, counted from receipt of the brief and payment.
Delivery may be made by email, download link, shared folder, or another agreed digital delivery method.
Included revision rounds are listed on each service page.
Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately.
Because digital work begins with the client’s consent, the withdrawal right ends once work has started, according to the Terms and Conditions.
Project brief and delivery timing
Turnaround begins once both of the following are received:
Completed payment
Clear project brief and required assets
If the client delays providing the required brief, text, images, files, feedback, or approval, the project timeline may be extended.
Physical products
Some design-related physical products may be available, such as printed business cards, printed collateral, posters, brand booklets, or branded merchandise.
Processing time:
2 to 4 business days before dispatch.
Carrier and delivery:
Physical products are shipped with Colissimo / La Poste or another suitable carrier.
Estimated delivery times:
France: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
Rest of EU: 4 to 8 business days after dispatch
Shipping fees:
France: EUR 4.90
Rest of EU: EUR 9.90
Free shipping on physical orders over EUR 80
Tracking is provided where the chosen carrier supports it.
Returns for physical products
Standard, unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable packaging.
Custom-made, personalised, or client-approved printed products are excluded from return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance of the return or cancellation.
For physical product returns, refunds are issued after Desportek receives and checks the returned item.
Original shipping fees may not be refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact Desportek as soon as possible at:

If the issue is confirmed, Desportek may offer a replacement, correction, or refund.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available where:
Digital work has already started with the client’s consent
The client changes their mind after work has begun
The product is custom-made or personalised
The client does not provide required project information
The client has approved the final design
The item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete
